Grading
Grades are done through Proficiency Based Learning. This means I am continually adapting my teaching for the student to reach a level of proficiency.
Grades Explained:
1 Needs Improvement
2 In Progress
3 Proficient (This is our target level for success. This is most common for students to receive.)
4 Beyond Proficient (This grade is rare for it shows students are proficient and are now showing how to apply their new knowledge beyond what we do in the classroom.)
